All services are customized based on individual client needs and are delivered through contractual agreements. No physical goods are sold.

4. Fulfillment Policy

As a service-based business, our fulfillment process is based on contractual agreements signed before work begins.

  • Delivery of Services: Services are rendered remotely and delivered within the agreed-upon timeline as stated in the contract.

  • No Physical Shipping: Since we do not sell physical products, there are no shipping policies.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer public refund policies. Any refund conditions, if applicable, are outlined explicitly in the contract signed between Course Navigator and the client before service commencement. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.

6. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • As our services are digital and customized, we do not have a return policy.

  • Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement. Clients may not cancel ongoing projects unless specified within the contract.
